Large-scale logistics – 8,000 bag dispensers in four months
The production of bag dispensers was initiated by a public tender, where two municipalities had a combined need for 8,000 units. The dispensers were intended for use in selected public housing areas to improve waste sorting in those areas.
Behind the project was a clear objective: to strengthen citizens' waste sorting and support the environmental ambitions of municipalities. With a solution that is both functional, durable and easy to use, we not only contributed to solving a task – the solution contributed to a behavioral change in everyday life.
TRECO was chosen to produce and deliver the 8,000 bag dispensers – a project with a broad societal focus and a delivery horizon of only four months.
The delivery amounts to a total of 2,000 Euro pallets or the contents of 61 lorries.

From tenders to project management in minutes
By the time the project sprang from a public tender, the bag dispenser's design had already been defined. But the rest was up to us. That is why we assembled a dedicated project team that, with technical insight and operational precision, managed the entire task from A to Z.

With fixed deadline and large volume, all phases of the project were meticulously planned. Our team worked in close coordination and the progress of the project was continuously monitored to ensure timely and error-free delivery.

Opgaven var ikke blot stor i volumen – den krævede også høj og ensartet kvalitet i hver eneste dispenser. Derfor satte vi ind på alle niveauer: fra validerede processer i produktionen til løbende kvalitetstjek og dokumentation. Vores erfaring med lignende projekter i den offentlige sektor gjorde det muligt at balancere kravene til både robusthed og æstetik.
Resultatet
På fire måneder leverede vi 8.000 komplette posedispensere – til tiden, i rette kvalitet og med en logistisk præcision, som matcher selv de mest krævende projekter i den offentlige sektor. Samtidig sikrede vi, at de to kommuner har adgang til reservedele og teknisk support fremadrettet.
Projektet blev en klar demonstration af kapacitet og evne til at håndtere store, komplekse leverancer hos TRECO. Ikke bare som producent – men som en engageret og ansvarlig partner, der forstår vigtigheden af detaljer, deadlines og det overordnede samfundsformål.
