This task was based on a public tender in which two municipalities had a total need of 8,000 bag-dispensers to be used in general residential areas to ensure that citizens waste sorted more correctly.

In this project, TRECO was chosen to produce and deliver 8,000 bag dispensers — a project with a broad societal focus and a delivery horizon of only four months. It corresponded to 2,000 Euro pallets or 61 full trucks. A promise we could keep — and more.
From tenders to project management in minutes
By the time the project sprang from a public tender, the bag dispenser's design had already been defined. But the rest was up to us. That's why we assembled a dedicated in-house project team that, with technical insight and operational precision, managed the entire task from A to Z.
