From idea to finished product — a partnership built for scalability
With an ambition to revolutionize logistics and package distribution, SwipBox created the award-winning Infinity model — a screen-free, Bluetooth-based package box that is both aesthetic, intuitive for the user and reliable for the operator.
Behind the industrial realization of this product stands TRECO — as a partner all the way from prototype to dedicated series production.
A partnership from the first prototype
The collaboration between SwipBox and TRECO took its beginning with the development of the design and construction of the Infinity model. TRECO was in charge of the technical sparring and quickly converted the idea and design into a physical prototype, which was tested, adjusted and put into production.
The close collaboration and TRECO's ability to act flexibly have made it possible to respond quickly to changes and needs — while ensuring quality and uniformity in each unit.
Dedicated production and continuous optimization
With the increasing demand and growing market share, it became necessary to scale up. In October 2019, production was rescheduled to a dedicated line at TRECO, with both machinery, facilities and personnel focusing exclusively on SwipBox Infinity.
Investment has been made in special equipment such as scissor tables, shelving systems and lifting aids — all to ensure efficient and ergonomic installation. At the same time, TRECO took over the production of the plinth for the box, which gave better control over quality and an even stronger overall solution.
An open and agile way of working together
At the heart of the partnership is trust, openness and continuous communication. With weekly progress meetings and ongoing dialogue, processes are adjusted, production adapted, and new ideas put into play. This makes it possible to react quickly — even in unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19.

TRECO does not just provide production services — it is an active partner in the development of new generations of the Infinity box and the optimization of the production process. The close collaboration has allowed SwipBox to focus on innovation and growth, while TRECO has expanded its competencies in complex assembly and series production on a large scale.
