Wheel Restore:
- TRECO's expertise is a powerful catalyst for our continued global growth.
Wheel Restore has established itself as an innovative player in the global market with their pioneering CO₂-reducing rim renovation systems.
With increasing demand and a production capacity that had reached the limits of their facilities at Støvring, Wheel Restore had to make an important, strategic decision.
The choice was between investing in an expansion of the company's existing factory, relocating the company and investing in a new factory, or Wheel Restore could find an external manufacturing partner to handle production.
Therefore, in order to free up time and focus on the development of the core business, Henrik Bro chose to conclude a cooperation agreement with TRECO to handle the production of their seven rim-renovation systems plants.

Henrik Bro
Founder and CEO at Wheel Restore
- The partnership with TRECO is a key strategic move for Wheel Restore. It allows us to free up resources and focus on what we do best: developing innovative solutions and strengthening our global market position.
Henrik Bro describes the challenge:
- Our solutions are based on Danish design and good craftsmanship. We offer customers an alternative to buying new, and it is crucial that our solutions offer the same high standards as the rest of the automotive industry. Therefore, we must constantly be at the forefront of development, and this is where we have both the competencies and our focus.
That is why Wheel Restore decided to look for a manufacturing partner who could handle the entire value chain from purchasing components to manufacturing the steel boxes, assembling the cutting-edge technology, testing the machines, and handling the logistics.
- Customers have taken the more sustainable alternative seriously, and development is progressing strongly in the automotive industry. Therefore, it was crucial that we did not have to allocate a lot of resources to expand or relocate the production of our solutions, but we wanted to find a partner who could take over the production chain without requiring a lot of resources on our part.

The solution:
Partnership paves way for global growth
The modern technology of Wheel Restores Diamond Cut Rim Repair Machine repairs every rim in just 15 minutes. The automatic laser probing ensures uniform cut in every repair, and the compact machine is easy for workshops to transport with a pallet lifter and in a van.
- With production in the hands of TRECO, we have the freedom to focus on what creates the greatest value for us: further developing the technology behind our solutions and maintaining our market position as a leading supplier of rim repair in a growing global market.
Today, TRECO is responsible for the production of Wheel Restore's seven advanced solutions, machines that require specially trained employees with great understanding and technical know-how for Wheel Restore's high-tech solutions.
Value creation:

- We have great flexibility, and now we no longer hit a capacity ceiling, but can scale production without further ado to meet the growing demand. Trecos production expertise is a strong catalyst for our continued growth journey.
